Your email address, access status, secure sign-in sessions, purchase identifiers, payment status and transaction metadata connect your purchase to your AppDap account. Our payment provider handles payment-card details.

Your AppDap workspace

AppDap stores the workspaces, member details, business records, customer-program settings, branding, rules, publication status, contacts, consent choices and activity you choose to create or collect through your systems.

Service and device details

IP address, browser and device information, request logs, cookie identifiers, security events and usage information help AppDap deliver fast pages, secure accounts, reliable systems and useful product improvements.

Businesses control their customer experience

When a business publishes an AppDap form, portal, booking page, document or customer experience, that business chooses what to ask, why it is needed and how it will be used. AppDap processes the information so the selected app can deliver that experience.

Participants can contact the business named on the page about its use of their information. AppDap supports verified privacy requests and helps the relevant business complete them where appropriate.

Trusted services that help deliver AppDap

AppDap works with carefully selected providers for hosting, database infrastructure, secure checkout, email delivery, measurement and service protection. This includes Stripe for checkout and Resend for email delivery. Each provider receives only the information needed for its role and operates under its own privacy commitments and applicable safeguards.

We do not sell customer-program contact lists.

Cookies and measurement with a clear purpose

An essential session cookie keeps authentication secure. A privacy-minimised, one-way fingerprint of the visitor’s public IP address keeps the same 10-hour Facebook offer timer across browsers and private browsing. AppDap does not store the raw IP address in the timer record.

Public marketing pages use Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel, matching server-side conversion events and AppDap’s first-party journey replay to understand page use, measure advertising and improve the purchase experience. Advertising identifiers such as Meta’s fbclid and TikTok’s ttclid, first-party browser identifiers, device information and completed-purchase details help attribute results to the correct campaign. Journey replay captures the page layout, viewport, approximate country, advertising source, clicks, pointer or touch movement and scrolling; every input value is masked. Recordings stay inside AppDap, are available only to the internal administrator and are removed after 90 days.

Information is kept for a business reason

Account and purchase records support ongoing access, tax records, fraud prevention and customer service. Active workspace data remains available to power your apps. System owners can export available records and configurations and delete supported records, while short-lived recovery backups protect service continuity.

When information is no longer needed for the service, security, accounting or legal recordkeeping, it can be removed or de-identified in line with our retention practices.

Your information, your choices

You can request access, correction, export or deletion of supported information. Depending on your location, additional rights may include restricting or objecting to particular processing.

Customer result emails include a secure link for stopping optional program updates, and AppDap records that choice for the relevant business. Directly requested transactional results remain separate so customers can receive the information they asked for.

A business platform with global infrastructure

AppDap and its providers may process information in the locations where their secure infrastructure operates, using applicable privacy safeguards. AppDap is designed for business users and adult customers. Businesses serving younger audiences should use the permissions and protections required for that audience.
