Yes—you may configure AppDap systems for clients and charge for your work. Your lifetime purchase includes commercial-use rights and AppDap takes no royalty from your service fees.
What you may do
- Use all AppDap flagship apps in your own businesses.
- Set up, brand, publish, and manage AppDap workspaces and customer-facing outputs for your clients.
- Charge for strategy, discovery, setup, configuration, implementation, training, reporting, and ongoing management.
- Include configured AppDap apps as a component of a broader consulting, agency, operations, or implementation service.
- Export customer data, records, documents, configuration backups, and technically appropriate standalone outputs for the businesses you serve.
- Keep one hundred percent of the service fees you earn. No AppDap royalty is due.
What you may not do
- Resell or sublicense access to the AppDap builder as a standalone product.
- Share one account among unrelated operators or bypass service security and anti-abuse controls.
- Redistribute the unmodified template library, source code, or AppDap brand assets.
- Present AppDap itself as software you created, or operate a competing app-building platform from its templates or source components.
- Use AppDap for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or prohibited activity.
Your client relationships
You—not AppDap—set your fees, scope, promises, fulfilment, service levels, and client terms. You are responsible for checking the configured system, protecting access details, obtaining required consent, and ensuring each implementation is appropriate and lawful for the client’s location and industry.
You should tell clients accurately what AppDap does and where specialist providers are still required. AppDap does not process payments, run payroll, file taxes, provide email hosting, verify regulated signatures, replace professional advice, or guarantee business results.
Hosted and exported systems
Hosted systems remain subject to your AppDap entitlement and reasonable security and anti-abuse controls. Standalone exports are offered only where the system can operate accurately as portable static content; interactive server features, authentication, submissions, automation, messages, and live data remain hosted services.
Licence evidence
Your purchase receipt, account email, this licence summary, and the Terms of Use together document your commercial-use entitlement. If this summary and the Terms conflict, the Terms control. Keep a PDF or printed copy with your project records if a client asks for evidence.
Questions
Email support@appdap.com with your account email and the intended commercial use. We are happy to clarify whether a client-service model fits the licence.
